How do you bid for an item?
Make sure you have signed up to the Krave Choc Exchange, earned some Choc Chunks and then go to Krave.com/bid.aspx. There you can place your bid, which must be higher than the current bid.
Who gets the prize?
The person with the highest bid at the time of the auction closing will receive the prize.
Can I view the prizes that will come up next?
You will be able to see the immediate next prize that will be up for bidding here: www.krave.com/prizes.aspx The prizes afterwards are secret though so make sure to come back and check! Also, our Facebook page will keep you updated on upcoming auctions.
If I lose an auction can I get my chunks back?
Yes, if you haven’t won, the chunks you bid will be returned to you
Is there a minimum bid?
No – however your bid must be higher than the current highest bid
What if my chunks have run out?

What if my weekly chunks don’t arrive?

Can I exchange my prize for one of the others?
No, an exchange of prizes is unfortunately not possible.
Is there a maximum of friends I can recruit?
You can recruit up to 3,000 friends.
Status task: can I get Choc Chunks if I change my status manually?
No, you can only get Choc Chunks if you change your status on Krave.com
Tagging task: do I get additional Choc Chunks if I tag my friends too?
No, the tagging task only allows you to tag yourself, this can only be done on Krave.com
Photo upload task: How fast will my Choc Chunks be credited to me after uploading a photo?
Your chunks will be credited in a maximum time of 24 hours. If a picture is uploaded on the weekend, the chunks will be credited on Monday.
How will I know when an auction starts and ends?
Both on the website and on the Facebook fan page you can find out about upcoming auctions and their duration, become a fan on Facebook to receive all of the auction notifications.
Can I transfer my prize to one of my family members/friends?
No, a transfer of prizes is unfortunately not possible.
Can I see which prizes will be auctioned off in the future?
Yes, you can see the next prize to be auctioned off on the prizes page on the site. All other future prizes are a secret so make sure to check back regularly.
Can I sell my Choc Chunks?
No, a sale of Choc Chunks is not legitimate
