Terms & Conditions

1. By entering the promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. The promotion is open to UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and the Republic of Ireland residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of Kellogg's, its subsidiaries or agents, or any person professionally connected with this activity. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any application that is believed to be in breach of the Terms and Conditions.
3. No purchase is necessary for entry.
4. The Promotion begins at midnight on 22/3/2010 and closes at midnight on 20/12/2010 (“Promotion Period”).
5. Customers must register on the site (www.krave.com) to set up a customer account. An individual must have internet access and a valid email address to create an account. There is a strict limit of one account per person. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this rule by, for example, the use of "script", "brute force" or any other automated or programmed means, that participant's account will be closed, any prize award will be void and the participant will be refused further participation in the promotion.
6. Multiple bids are allowed per person, however only one prize per person will be given out.

7. The prizes will include

   1. 5 festival weekend getaways in the UK
   2. 1 festival weekend getaway in Europe
   3. 1 festival getaway in the US
   4. gadgets from Firebox
   5. music and event vouchers
8. The winner for each auction will be determined by the highest number of chunks bid and be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date of each individual auction.
9. If unable to contact the winner within 14 days after first notification, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to the second highest bidder.
10. No cash or other alternative prize is available, and unless otherwise agreed in writing by the promoter the prize will only be available to the winner in person. The promoter cannot be held responsible for the division of any prize between bidders who have pooled chunks for a joint bid. The promoter will award the prize only to the winning account holder.
11. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable.
12. The bidding currency choc chunks can only be earned, held or redeemed as set out in the Terms and Conditions. Any other use, including sales of points, or any attempt to do so, is a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
13. No responsibility can be accepted for any difficulties in entering or any entries delayed or corrupted.
14. The promoter reserves the right to withdraw this promotion or amend any of its details if circumstances make this unavoidable. All prizes are subject to availability. Should a prize become unavailable Kellogg’s reserve the right to replace the prize with something of an equal or similar value.
15. The promoter reserves the right to extend the promotion beyond the originally published closing date by notification via the Krave website and the Krave Facebook fan page.
16. The promoter reserves the right to feature the name, photographs and county of the winner in future promotions free of charge.
17. The winners' names and counties will appear on the website for a minimum period of three months from the closing date.
18. Please note that in processing data and rewards claims the Promoter may disclose customer information to other companies in its group or to third parties used by the Promoter and its affiliates.
